College Ave Student Loans announces Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder Joseph DePaulo and Chief Financial Officer James Keller will serve as featured panelists at upcoming fintech and finance conferences.
- Opal Group’s Family Office Winter Forum – DePaulo will be presenting on the panel “Opportunities in Private Credit” on March 1 at the Marriot Marquis in New York, New York. Opal Group’s Family Office Winter Forum offers a mix of interactive panel discussions with more than 500 delegates.
- LendIt USA 2017 – Keller will be one of the featured panelists on “The Strength of Student Platforms in the Securitization Market” on March 7 from 11:45 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. at the Jacob Javits Center. LendIt USA 2017 is the world’s biggest show in lending and finance, with more than 5,000 attendees, hundreds of thought leaders and involvement from more than 2,400 companies.

Combined, DePaulo and Keller share more than 50 years of experience in the financial services industry. Previous to College Ave Student Loans, DePaulo was chief financial officer of Sallie Mae. He served as director of the company as well as director of the Sallie Mae Bank, and chief marketing officer. Prior to College Ave Student Loans, Keller was a senior managing director in the Structured Products Group at Cantor Fitzgerald & Company where he was responsible for secondary trading and primary origination of structured credit products including CLOs, CDOs, insurance-linked credit-linked notes and synthetic ABS.
